My latest book Angst and Evolution: The Struggle for Human PotentialMy biggest incentive for writing "Angst and Evolution" was to organize and clarify my personal beliefs. In order to accomplish this goal I had to summarize my own notes generated over many years and investigate other sources. When this lengthy process was finished, I enlisted John Gist to help in transforming the outline of basic results into a contemporary manuscript and to provide criticism of questionable points. The whole process between John and I took over 5 years and contained information that I suspected might be useful for other people who were privately asking the same questions. Thus the book was born!My BiographyFrancis Jozwik received a Ph.D. in Plant Science and began his career lecturing in plant physiology with the University of Wisconsin System. He was later appointed Arid Lands Research Scientist with The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization of Australia. In addition to his scientific and academic background, Dr. Jozwik has worked and published several books in the field of commercial horticulture. Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World have repeatedly honored Dr. Jozwik for his professional accomplishments. The National Science Foundation has supported some of his basic research in the field of biosystematics.
