Dan is nearing graduation with a degree in Writing Arts. At 24 years old, he's trying to figure out what he wants to do with his life.

The relationships that surround Dan are perfect examples of what he doesn't want. With on again off again partners, affairs, crushes, and even a violent temper to deal with, Dan can see that finding someone to have a serious relationship with might not be so easy.

For now he's content with his part time job tutoring students in the Writing Center on campus in between classes. The drama can get pretty intense with the group of creative writing students he parties with, one of whom secretly fixes him up with a passionate guy named Max, who likes to perform poetry readings.

They definitely light each others fire, but with graduation looming, and needing to find a way to survive out in the world, it's really bad timing to be starting something serious.
