A very good introduction to mindfulness. In order to get the most out of it, though, one needs to order the CDs in order to do the practice.

I read this book years ago and it has stayed with me. I tried to establish a meditation practice on my own, and didn't do so well, so I'm now taking a course through Penn and will be re-reading the book during the 8 week training. I'll update this review with the current read.
