More of a 3.5. Written in first person and annoyingly enough, not with any real insight as to the h's reasons for everything. Also, more of a HFN since there's a second book about the couple.I liked the H but had issues with the h. Ok, she's played cat and mouse with this guy for 4 years. He's s...
Re-read by audiobook I wasn't planning on re-reading any of her books, but this was on sale at Audible and from the sample it sounded pretty good. Another example of an audiobook making me enjoy the book more. [a:Dina Pearlman|4397079|Dina Pearlman|http://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1286306363p2/4397...
This was my first Linnea Sinclair book and is still my favorite. Loved Trilby. Such a great character and a refreshing change from all the TSTL heroines out there. In some ways this book set me on my path of becoming a writer. Maybe that's why I remember it so fondly.
This has one of the best starts of any book you will ever read. Chaz and Sully are a great couple of characters. It's unusual for Linnea to do her books in first person POV but it worked so well in this book. We needed to be deeply in Chaz's head as Sully had to remain that enigmatic unknown. Any he...

Took me forever to get to this, considering I enjoyed the rest of the books by Linnea Sinclair that I've read. There is just something about the "past lovers reuniting for a second chance" thing that I dislike. And the blurb gave me the impression that this would be another one of those stories.I WA...
I feel generous giving this 3 stars... The worldbuilding was all over the place. So much so that for a while I felt I must have missed a previous book which explained this universe better. But nope... just hard to follow. I never really connected with either H/H though the story itself was interesti...
Military/action sci-fi with some romance and mind-tricks thrown in. Alpha female with her own armor (and chinks), and an alpha male dealing with serious insecurities of his own.

She is defending herself from a brutal attack from a jukor, a vicious genetically engineered killer creatures believed to be extinct, when she is ...
