Gan Golan is a New York Times bestselling writer and illustrator. His first book, Goodnight Bush, which he co-wrote with friend Erich Origen and fully illustrated was a poignant, yet comedic bedtime story for the Bush Administration. It became a breakout hit of 2008 making it onto almost every bestsellers list in the country. His second book, The Adventures of Unemployed Man, a superhero parody about the economic crisis (teaming up with Erich again) instantly became of the best reviewed graphic novels of the year (unemployedman.com). As a designer he has created artwork for musicians like Erykah Badu, Henry Rollins, Willie Nelson, Ben Harper and Nick Cave. His fake corporate baseball team, The Tax Dodgers, was recently included in the National Baseball Hall of Fame (taxdodgers.net). He has a degree in Geography from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Urban Planning from MIT both of which he is putting to good use making funny books. You can find more of his work at: www.gangolan.com
