Ok, I don't understand why people hate on this book so much. Yes it starts slow giving the background of events and politics for the human race since the first Rama, but once the crew get to Rama II, things pick up. It's not perfect, but all in all it's not a bad story and I will definitely read Ram...

“Ever been laid, boy?” Raman Family Robinson and it reads like one of the biots wrote it. Lee starts off uncertain, hesitant before the great master, and then finds his own voice. an accomplished style and structure piece becomes an extended quasi-liter...

If RENDEZVOUS WITH RAMA was an episode of star trek, complete with dashing American captain and multiethnic crew, all phds and astrophysicists, and RAMA II was the inevitable written for money followup, GARDEN OF RAMA was the third time charm, the boozy socially complex teardown of all those way too...

Like most sequels created due to audience demand, much of the same equation is just spread out over thinner bread. Okay that metaphor mixed. Sequels are oftentimes the same butter spread out thinner over a new slice of bread. Yes. You know what I mean. What are the sequels that improved? I can't thin...
