But even while she worked within the technical field, ideas for cute, funny children's stories kept running through her head! Born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, Georgette is inspired by western Pennsylvania autumns, Christmas snowfalls, and all things "black and gold." Her children's book, Bed Hog, was inspired by her own pooch, Bailey, who rules the north Pittsburgh home she shares with her husband and son.
