Gerry Roach started climbing in Colorado in 1955. Among his numerous accomplishments, Gerry is the second person ever to climb the highest peak on each of the seven continents. In more than 40 years of mountaineering, he has climbed in dozens of states and countries. Gerry has authored the five books from Fulcrum Publishing listed below, including his newest, Colorado's Thirteeners and Colorado's Lost Creek Wilderness. Both are coauthored with Jennifer Roach. Gerry and Jennifer live in Boulder, Colorado.

A must have, if you can find it. Naturally I've never read the thing from cover to cover, but I have picked it up 1000 times and taken it into RMNP a 100 times.

The first book I bought when I moved to Boulder, CO. So glad I did. I have had a lifetime of adventure over the last 17 years, in part due to this great book.
