So we all want more Twitter followers. And let's be honest, we would all love free Twitter followers, and the more the better. Right?

Actually wrong. My approach to getting more Twitter followers, is to not only increase how many followers I have, but also identify what content they are most interested in, the format they like it in, and when they are more likely to view it and then retweet it for me.

They benefit and I benefit. They like what I share and follow me first to make sure they don't loose out on what I am sharing. These are the type of followers you want. Not the vanity metrics of how many supposed followers you have, bought or not.

Tweet impressions 61,000 (Up over 600% and averages at over 130 impressions per tweet)

Profile visits, 3,350 (up over 215%)

Followers 1,545 (Up a net count of 401 new followers or almost 25%)
