Recently, I made the switch from being the lazy night owl to the chipper morning lark. Okay, maybe not super chipper but chipper enough. How, you ask? A lot of trial and error. Months went by where I would be scrolling Pinterest at 3am thinking, "Hey! I should get up early tomorrow and go for a jog!" As you can probably imagine, the early morning comes along pretty quickly when you go to bed 3 hours earlier. A lot of times, the goals we set are easier said then done. Similar to that diet you've been trying to start every Monday for the past 2 years. "I’m certain that if any of my friends or family read this book- they might laugh in my face, in the nicest way possible, of course. My entire life, ever since I was a young child, I have been obsessed with sleep. I love sleep. Everything about it. However, there comes a time where you realize that the more sleep you get, the more tired you feel. So you try to sleep more, thinking, “Hey, maybe I am just lacking sleep?” When realistically, you are just lacking in water, vitamins, motivation and productivity. Or maybe that’s just me."I am here to tell you that it is possible to become a morning person. I am living proof! If I can do it, anyone can. Especially since I am here to help you. Throughout all my trial and error, I've developed a fool proof guide to making the transition. Not only am I going to tell you why you should become a morning person, I am going to tell you how to become one and what you should do with all the extra time. So, here's to you getting your shit together and getting your ass out of bed, just like I did.
