"Getting over Garrett Delaney" is a great story about overcoming a crush. Spoiler : do not expect the girl to date anyone within this book.I think the author really succeed in writing this book because she did explore a lot of aspects of the one sided relationship with its doubts, relapses and longi...
Getting over Garrett Delaney was much more than the cute fluffy book I was expecting it to be. Our MC Sadie has been infatuated by Garrett for over two years now, he’s become her best friend, but she’s always wanted more. He’s the perfect match for her, as they both have so much in common and there’...
I thought this was done really well. The situation felt real, the reactions were all true, and it was nice to see how Sadie dealt with her problem/addiction and learned who she was. I wish we had gotten to see more page-time with Josh, but it leaves off on a good note.
Its been a long timw since i wrote a review because of you know exams! AARGH, EXAMS SUCK!! Anyway, this book had really made my day! This book shows a girl moving on from her obssesion over Garrett Delaney! Really at the start I can't find anything special over Garrett. He seems like a normal guy ...
This was a cute story, albeit chick-lit and lacking true depth, about a girl trying to essentially detox from a love she has had for two years. Her best friend Garrett is the boy she is in love with and has been their entire friendship and it has had consequences for Sadie. She has been so close to ...
From the very first time Sadie laid her eyes with Garrett, she knew he was the one. Him being the new boy in town, her being the awkward fourteen year old girl with no experience with guys at all, they struck a conversation and BAM--the connection is made, they became friends, best friends. Now seven...
To have him gone feels like a loss, an absence haunting me every day. Without him, there's just the empty space that used to be filled with laughter and friendship and comfort. Can you really blame me for finding it so hard to let go?”Sadie is inlove with her bestfriend Garrett. For two years now. T...
Wow, did this book turn around.I started this book thinking it was going to be this cute story filled with some swoony boys. I was disappointed. The book really was nothing like that. The tone of the story is very young. VERY young. There are a plethora of exclamation points that stuck out like so...

Sadie's crushed when she isn't accepted into the prestigious writing camp that she hoped to attend with Garrett and is even m...
