Lyvers holds a degree in Philosophy from IU. Lyvers has two poetry collections available. After winning the 2009 Best Poet Award from Midwest Literary Magazine, Lyvers received assistance in publishing his first full-length book, "Midwest Collection." Glenn Lyvers is currently serving as the masthead of Prolific Press (http://ProlificPress.com) where he oversees seven literary journals including Poetry Quarterly (flagship publication), Three Line Poetry, Haiku Journal, 50 Haiku, Jitter Press, Dual Coast Magazine, and Inwood Indiana. The pinnacle of his photography career (to date) is his book, "Blind Curves," an exhibition of abstract nudes with emphasis on wholesome appreciation of the form (a project spanning 7 years, funded, in part, by the National Endowment for the Arts). Glenn Lyvers is currently available for readings with paid travel. Contact Glenn Lyvers through his publisher, Facebook, or via his rarely-updated blog (http://GlennLyvers.com).Favorite quote overheard at a writer's conference, "If you don't have one conspiracy theory about you, and at least one crazy fan, you're doing it wrong."
