This book is fun and great for young and beginning readers. It contains quite a bit of three letter words which is what makes it so great for beginning readers but also makes it fun with animals and the pictures show the rest of the story. This book is great for kindergarten and 1st grade and would ...

This was my first 'favorite book'. I think I was about two or three. I know I made my dad read it to me at least five times a week until I was four and could read myself, and I still made him do it. Lots of fond memories.

Is that so wrong? And the answer is: awesome. I must have read the board book out loud two millions times between two kids. I...

This is the first book my son read out loud to me. For that I would gladly give this book 10 stars. Fun story that is easy enough for new readers.

Perhaps the greatest love story of our time where in the end, he does, with his whole heart, "like that hat."

This book has special memories for me as it was given to my son as an infant. In fact, I still have the book..my son is 22. I can't wait to pass it down to my first grandchild! I actually still have this book memorized as he had me read it to me no less than 3 times a day...

I loved this book as a kid. I read it so many times. It's a classic for me. I loved the repetition of the "go dogs go". To this day, I still quote it. Recommended for children who are just learning to read.
