The heroine in this book lacked the emotional maturity needed for me to be able to believe that a consensual relationship between her and her 28 year old teacher was possible. Reading 'Good' was a struggle. I had high expectations and I’m incredibly disappointed. I can't remember a time when I was so frustrated and angry while reading a book and I don’t know how many times I thought about giving up on reading it.
