The book help understand yourself. Author is showing that God in personal and spiritual life is very important.This book helped me more understand how to battle with sin.
It was not what I expected. The book was filled with nuggets of wisdom and reminders for a balanced life. It's one of those books that I will read once a year to remind me of the things I want and need to do to keep a balanced life.
