This is pretty much a very long advertisement for the Shaklee Corporation, of which the author's husband is CEO. It's not entirely worthless however as there are numerous tips for environment- and asthma-friendly housekeeping.
Excellent book, would have gotten 5 stars if it were not for the fact that some of it seems like a Shaklee catalog! Not a book about saving energy or reducing your carbon footprint, although there is a bit of that at the end. Most of it is about all the toxic chemicals we are using in our daily live...
