This was pretty cool. I really like the actual storyline to the Halo series as opposed to just the awesome shooting aliens and being a general bad-ass. It was really cool how John came to be Master-chief, and how it was part of an army filled with other really cool Spartans.
This book doesn't really need a review does it? I needed something kind of light to decompress between chapters of Revolutionary Road and this one hit the spot. There's nothing really special about Halo sci-fi. In fact, there's nothing really that interesting about the Halo universe in general......
