Harold takes his purple crayon and draws himself into and out of adventures. This is an adorable book for infants and toddlers. Just like Harold they can have adventures while being safe at home. Just keep the crayons out of reach. Absolutely delightful!

This book is about a little boy who takes a walk. He uses a purple crayon to create everything he comes across along the way. I would use this in a 1st grade setting and allow the students to pick a crayon and take their own adventure and draw what they see.
