Harper Alexander is the author of young adult, fantasy, paranormal romance and dystopian novels, as well as the occasional short story when there isn't time to make everything into a full-fledged book or series. She lives in paradise (San Diego, CA) with her feline companion Moo, and the more questionable voices that whisper to her on a daily basis. In another life, she would have loved to explore a career as a horse-back stunt double, supported by a past as a competitive gymnast and her lifelong love affair with horses. She danced as a Spanish Dancer in “Ramona” (California's longest-running, official outdoor state play) for 8 years.
