⭐5 stars⭐"Harry — I think I've just understood something! I've got to go to the library!"And she sprinted away, up the stairs."What does she understand?" said Harry distractedly."Loads more than I do," said Ron, shaking his head."But why's she got to go to the library?""Because that's what Hermione ...

I don't kow how many times I've read Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, I can't keep track. But I know it's my second time reading this edition in anticipation of the 3rd one that I got for Christmas. I'll read it next month and I can't wait, it's so beautiful. As always, it was Harry Potter...

I have never been a big Harry Potter fan and I haven´t even read book six and seven yet. But the audiobooks narrated by Stephen Fry might actually change this. He is a genius, at least when it comes to the narration of these books (I guess he is a genius in every other aspect as well, but lets just ...

For more reviews, check out my blog Craft-CycleThis book is absolutely beautiful. I have read the original book a handful of times and loved it. I did not think that I could possibly love it more. But then the illustrated edition came out and it is spectacular. The same amazing story that captured m...

Wow.... This story really threw me off. From suspecting Draco Malfoy to the main character Harry Potter... Every evidence just throws me off!! It is only until the end where this book shocks you with the main problem!

My Harry Potter reread continues (though I started it last year . . . oops) with The Chamber of Secrets, one of my personal favorites in the series. I think the general opinion is this is one of the lesser Potter novels, but I think it’s a lot of fun. Strange happenings are going on in Harry, Ron,...

I love listening to Jim Dale's narration of these books so very much. I am trying to make things and driving back and forth to KY and the hospital, I listened to this book as I drove and worked on my knitting and crochet. I thoroughly enjoy these books.

I initially read this book to my son when it first came out. I think he was 5. That was a really long time ago and I couldn´t remember the story so I decided to read it again. I am surprised at how much I had forgotten. I love Dobbie, the house elf and how he would do something bad and then puni...

I was so excited to start reading this book to K. We read book one and he really seemed to enjoy it so I decided he was ready for book 2. Harry Potter is back at Hogwarts and it won't be an easy year for him it seems that something will try to stop him from going to Hogwarts because something bad is...

My reread of CoS this time included the audiobook (read by Jim Dale) and the illustrated version. The audiobook is great. I'm not sure how I feel about the illustrated version. The illustrations are beautiful, but sometimes they don't match up with my own vision of Diagon Alley or Hogwarts or eve...
