This is a nice, fast-paced medical thriller, with a very likeable main character (Abby) who is trying to fight against a whole team of unscrupulous doctors dealing in illegal transplants. WAY too gory for my taste, and I can handle most stuff. I want to read Gerritsen's Rizzoli & Isles series, but I'm a bit worried after this one gave me nightmares.
