I 100 percent did not get the love story between the two leads (Kelly Matlock and Lief Holbrook). I seriously felt like since they were the last two single people in Virgin River it was the only reason why they did get together. At least Carr didn’t have them jump right into bed together though. Du...
I wasn't expecting Kelly to get her book right after Jill's book. I was expecting to hate Courtney, at least some of the time, but it was hard to hate her even when she was being a complete brat. Some of this book was in her POV since she's so important to the plot and her dad is the one who gets in...
I had initial misgivings with this book because I'd rather keep children of any age out of my romance novels, but I do have a weakness for a female chef lead and an autumn setting. This bore a few similarities to a book I read in the past, [b:The Accidental Bride|13548167|The Accidental Bride|Christi...
I really enjoyed Harvest Moon. I loved Leif and Kelly. It was an easy read and I also enjoyed reading about Leif's daughter, Courtney. She started out really bratty but she had a lot of stuff to deal with. Good book.
This has to been one of my least favorite in the series. But that is okay. It was still enjoyable and had all the qualities I enjoy in the Virgin River series. Solid relationship building, reinvention of ones' life, fully exploring and solving personal problems. Carr is very good at slowly and t...

I'm a big fan of Robyn Carr and her Virgin River/Grace Valley world. This is another great story to add to the pile. The only thing I notice that bugs me in both Kelly's book and Jilly's book is this 'super-organized, super-efficient, superwoman' thing that Carr is doing with the heroine. It has t...
Another enjoyable story set in Virgin River with plenty of action. Robyn did a good job showing the challenge of raising a rebellious teenager. Chef Kelly collapses at work so goes to sisters house to reevaluate and meets neighbor Lief, a widow with a stepdaughter.
Wow, Ms Carr as really outdone herself this year with her Virgin River books. All three have been excellent and the latest is no exception. Harvest Moon finds Kelly Matlock coming to Virgin River to recover and reevaluate at her sisters from a broken heart and Lief Holbrook moving there with his reb...
