Dr. Hayo Reinders (www.innovationinteaching.org) is Professor of Education and Head of Department at Unitec in New Zealand, as well as TESOL Professor and Dean of the Graduate Program at Anaheim University in the USA. He is also Editor of the journal 'Innovation in Language Learning and Teaching' (Taylor & Francis) and Editor of the book series 'New Language Learning and Teaching Environments' (Palgrave Macmillan). Hayo's interests are in CALL, autonomy, and out-of-class learning. His most recent books are on teacher autonomy, teaching methodologies, and second language acquisition.
