Reminded me vaguely of a more optimistic Walk Two Moons. Not Creech's best but not a bad read if you're a fan.

This was a different style of prose that I am not used to. Mind you, this was a very quick read, and had a cute story to it. Definitely read it in under 30 minutes and was captivated to see what happened to this family.It was not my favorite book.
