Solid follow-up to Ill Wind...this one didn't grab me the way the first one did, but I enjoyed Joanne's adventures as a Djinn here. She returns to being human at the end, so it will be interesting to see where she goes from here.
Not impressed with where this series is going. In the first two books, the same thing happened to the main character... TWICE. It's a good idea, and an interesting world, but I'm just not into it. It's not you, it's me. Okay- maybe it's you.

Series gets better with each Volume, so far! Plan to continue to its end. Thanks, Rachel! Fun characters, unexpected plot twists and character changes.
