Actual rating: 2.5Despite the fact this book is the 5th book in a series, it stands on its own quite well. There was some character building that I obvious missed by not reading previous books, but it was not detrimental to the plot line. What I did struggle with, however, was the short chapters. ...

A definite fast paced read, very very hard to put down. If your a Baldacci fan, this definitely won't disappoint.

I was pretty bored with this story, but at the same time I didn't want to put it down. There were so many twists and turns in this plot that it reminded me of the show 24. But just like with the show, I got bored with the predictability of the subterfuge.
