Laura Kaye keeps raising the bar... oh yes she is!Marco is a drop dead gorgeous tortured hero. As if that weren't enough he can sing and play the guitar. Imagine that! How lucky for the heroine. After an unfortunate event he's back at the place he's lived his whole life. He tries hard to put his lif...
I am torn about this. I really wanted to like it, but I thought Marco and Alyssa just needed to communicate. The non-communication kills me, every time. The running away and ignoring pisses me off too. Sure, Marco said some HARSH shit and Alyssa had a right to be angry, but come on. If he's try...
I love Laura Kaye's voice. I read One Night With a Hero first, and I knew that many people preferred this book, so my expectations were high and they were absolutely met. Romantic, moving, hopeful, and hot. I hope that Kaye writes longer books in the future, I didn't want this story to end.
I really liked this book. It has the brooding, hunky, alpha male. An independent, nurturing and hurting female. Put them together and BAM! Smokin' hotness! Our Alpha male is Marco...Marco has returned from Special Forces duty in Afghanistan. He was injured in the line of duty and suffered severe inju...
I loved that book! The characters were just great! An ex-military and his best friend's little sister? Yummy! Marco was too damn touching with his history, and all I wanted to do was comforting him and make him feel better (so as Alyssa) And when the scene with the brother and the two of them happen...
The book was just a little strange. Marco helped in raising Alyssa for years and yet they haven't talked for more than a year. And when they met they were like some kind of strangers which is strange. And after a few days he realizes that he loves her. I just don't know but there was something miss...
You can also fallow me on:3,9 Stars! Why not 4?Well it's not because I haven't enjoyed this book, cause I totally did!It maybe was just a little bit to good to be true, if you know what I mean.. :))Short version of this book:Aly and Marco known each other for years. He's her friend and A savior and ...
After reading One Night with a Hero, I couldn't wait to get started on this book. Former Army Special Forces Sgt. Marco Vieri is a soldier injured at war. His scars are physical and mental which explains why he keeps everyone at a distance. Oh, that's until Alyssa Scott comes back into his life. She...
