There is a lot of fighting and nonsense between the 2 main characters, Flint and Adriana; I understand that's supposed to be part of the charm of the book, but it started to grate on my nerves...
I was so excited to download this title by Ms. Drennen because it sounded like a nice break from what I've been reading a lot of lately - serial killers, Mexican drug cartel non-fiction, etc. You know, great material to read right before going to bed. I still like that types of reading, but I needed...
