I really liked this book. It gave me exactly what it promised, although I have to say that I had some issues with the ending (a. her issues, b. what they did with him because of HIS issues.) but I'm very intrigued and want to read more written by Karina Bliss!Note to self: You want to read Stand in ...
I think this is more along the lines of 2.5 stars.I picked it up because of the blurb - the hero pushing for the marriage, with the heroine being reluctant. I enjoy stories that include that type of storyline. While I overall liked the story, there was a lot going on. Almost too much. And it was set ...
Funny, cute story with likeable characters, though the heroine's little plot is too contrived for my taste. The humor made up for it, though, for the most part.
Great book, shitty finish.

Both knew it was a joke, even if they did write it down on the back of a bar placemat and sign it ...

This is Smart Biches Sizzling Book Club January selection. It's a quick read but not a dull read. I already had read one of Bliss romances last spring and she is still a very good storyteller, her hero and heroine are strong, grounded leads that you like and cheer for. Her secondary characters are no...
