Hilary Moore has a PhD, an MBA, and an English teaching qualification. Her first book is: "Inside British Jazz" - an study of the racial and cultural dynamics on the British Jazz scene. Published in 2006, and based on her PhDHer second book is: "Great Business English" - a phrasebook for non-native speaker Business people, based on her experience training communication skills in international business. Published in 2012.She is now writing the "Brave, Strong Girls" series for children. These books reinvent the traditional fairy tales with brave, strong girl characters to inspire children with positive female role models. They are beautifully illustrated and great fun. The first three books are based on Snow White, The Little Mermaid and Little Red Riding Hood. All profits from the Brave Strong Girls books go to charities which help to empower and educate girls around the world. Hilary is an international business woman and also the happyily exhausted mum of five-year-old Iona.
