Uninteresting medieval (?) story. Chemistry seemed rather forced. I can't recommend it. I didn't like it or dislike it. The book couldn't keep my interests long enough for me to form a strong opinion either way. I took a lot of breaks with this book.

Forgettable book. Forgettable story. I can barely remember the plot except for the cliche hero 'kidnapping' his enemy's daughter and forcing her to stay with him. As typical set up as it is, it got really redundant with the push/pull between the hero and heroine and her constantly trying to run away...
**Update**I yield at page 75, as tired as my mind was yesterday and not in the mood to read anything but fluff I could go no further.
