I liked this short story, but I found I really wanted more background, perhaps about the vamps' relationship prior to this story, as they have been together for 20 some years already. I liked the dynamics in play here and am very interested in seeing where the next book takes this.

Wow, was this steamy. It's basically one long scene involving a sub vampire playing at being a dom bringing his new sub home to his dom. Get it? Very hot. Want to read a lot more about these three.
