A native of the South and adopted son of Chicago, Hobie Anthony now writes prose in Portland Oregon. He has been widely published as a flash fiction writer and is gaining ground with his excellent short stories. An MFA from Queens University of Charlotte, NC, he is in the process of finishing a book of prose poetry and flash fiction, Brown and Green. On top of this, he is writing more material for, Silverfish, a novel-in-stories concerning a vast alien/human conspiracy against the human race. The novella, Silverfish, is currently available as an e-book. When not writing or working for money, Hobie pursues his passion for yoga, disc golf, and backgammon.
