Holli grew up in Detroit. She could most often be found with her nose in a book, lost in the magic of a good story. She solved crimes with Trixie Belden, rode the Black Stallion to victory, and cried copious tears when Rhett frankly didn't give a damn. Holli eventually discovered that real life holds its own magic. She attended the University of Michigan, found true love, started a family and obtained a graduate degree in social work. When her youngest began kindergarten, she put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door of a small room off the kitchen--a sign largely ignored by all--and began to peck out her first novel. In between now and then, Holli wrote several novels, won the Romance Writers of America Golden Heart competition in Romantic Suspense and was a finalist in the American Title Competition with a paranormal romance. When not at work, she can most often be found with her nose in her laptop, lost in the magic of writing. You can find more about Holli's upcoming releases at www.hollibertram.com.
