Disappointing. I didn't connect with any of the characters. Things that I probably wouldn't notice, or care about, irked me. Melody's parents are too nice and wacky. Loved the backdrop of the Revolutionary war for this time travel. Although it was odd that Jake so readily accepted what had happened to him. But truly liked all the characters.

dnfAfter 2 1/2 cd's I ejected this one. I did not like Melody (or Melody's voice in this audiobook version). Jake was way too calm for someone who finds himself in present day intead of dead on the gallows in revoluntionary times.
