I enjoyed this story about magicians with interesting and exciting action for awhile then events got repetitive but my real problem was how much power the bad guy had over hero which didn't seem realistic. Roxy's father runs a magic show and takes young pick-pocket Luke into their family.
On the half of the book I realized that I'd read this book before. *facepalm*
