Another one of my top five books that I love to read. The Grinch as we all know is bad or is he. This book is a great read for all grades as whole class or as small group read. The students can read about How the Grinch stole Christmas and how he gave it back to them. LEXILE: 590L

How the Grinch Stole Christmas is a holiday classic. I think using this book in the classroom around Christmas time would be exciting for children. I would use this book as a fun book to read for the holidays and maybe even do a fun Christmas activity with it. (Book Reading level: Lexile 590 L)

This book is a classic. It is a must read during the holiday season. It is a story about how everyone has love in their heart. Some people just need to be loved to uncover it. A fun read, with a fun and likable character. My only complain is the use of " Mouses". Once kids pick up this word it is hard to teach them the right form.

I would use this in a 2nd or 3rd grade classroom. I would first read the book aloud to the class so that they know the story. Then we would sing the ...

Audio version via Audible. Having grown up listening to Boris Karloff's beautiful narration in the animated cartoon, Matthau's reading seemed strangely flat, although he really does a terrific reading. The story is still as enjoyable as ever, and listening to it helped my mean old Grinchy heart expa...

I love this story to read about in the classroom to remind students of the importance of kindness. I would use this book in the month of December in any K-3rd grade classroom. This book is very entertaining for children and it was also re created as a movie which you could let the class watch when t...
