Bittersweet and good! This one only took about an hour or so to read and it was nice to see Ren and Elle get the closure they needed.

Maybe if I had read some of the others in the series I would of understood this short story better. But this story is just weird. This was a free book in the Kindle Store.

I'm not a fan of short stories or in betweens because I always feel like there should be more. Not bad. Good characters, though I wasn't terribly fond of one, and a set up to read the former and the latter novels. Fairy tale based rewrite with angels--a veritable smorgasbord.
Anna Bobs Her Hair - Silent Reader, Talking Books
This novella is not even a half book. Basically, it a menage scene involving the main character, Ren, who seems to be in some emotional crisis. The sexual healing does not provide his HEA. Crazed Hearts (Grimm's Circle, 3) is his complete story.

This book was free at Barnes and Noble. It's a quick read, featuring characters that are apparently prominent in other books of the series. While it doesn't have much depth - it's mostly just a menage scene - it did whet my appetite for more of the series. This is just a segway between storylines, I ...
