This book should be required reading for middle schoolers every where. Kindness could spread. And change lives. For the better. Imagine that.

Caitlin and Martin write back to each other as an assignment for school. Overtime, they become friends and learn a lot about each other even though they live on different parts of the world.

Heartbreaking story, well done. Highly recommended for Middle Schoolers. Heck - for everyone! Nice to know there are people like Caitlin and her family who do the right thing.

I'm not sure if I would have read this if a co-worker hadn't recommended it. I am really glad she did because I really enjoyed this.
