"And you almost killed me,but I didn't die" I suppose I'm becoming a little cynic towards romantic poetry. Some of these poems sounded like dialogue from a cheesy TV movie. The book describes it as hauntingly beautiful,I describe it as hauntingly boring. I can understand why this would appeal...

Uno que otro verso bien logrado, pero, en mi humilde opinión, en general no es más que poesía mediocre acompañada de fotografía también mediocre.

And so goes the oldest refrain of my heart- "I want, I want, I want" Apparently, I am a very greedy person. So be it. i'd probably sell my soul to read this book.

I liked it that while reading this book, we eventually think of someone that the words we're reading can be applicable to. Like a friend, lover, parent or even yourself. That and because it's beautifully written.
