Enjoyable book. I figured somewhat the reason and the bad guy was so predictable he should have had a black hat, twirling his mustache. The part I loved the best was Anna. Her trying to figure out her job, her life, her residence, her drinking. The ending was great.
It's been a long time since I read this book but I have read the entire series, up until the most current book and I really like it. I love how the series is set outdoors in the different parks.

Read for bookclub, not as good as her other books. I will never look at a forest fire the same way again.

Another good solid Anna Pigeon mystery from Nevada Barr. For me Anna fills in nicely while waiting for the next Kinsey Millhone book. My favorite in this series since it takes place at Mesa Verde Park here in Colorado.
