Imi Holland was born in 1966, in Berkshire, moving to Norfolk seven years later.She has spent most of her working life in catering, as a chef. Imi then got married, has two lovely daughters. Her career changed direction, and using adult education, Imi attained her counselling qualification. She now works in her local town, part time in a shop; whilst fulfilling her dream, writing a book. Imi plans to write more.
