From bestselling author Sabrina Jeffries comes the first dazzling novel in a sexy new series featuring three half brothers. Bound together by the royal father who denied them, they've formed a pact to help each other achieve their every desire...including the women of their dreams. Miss Katherine Merivale is desperate to make a respectable match -- if only her childhood sweetheart would propose! Until he does, she can't touch the fortune she's inherited. So the last thing she needs is notorious rogue Alec Black putting her proposed marriage at risk with his distracting, smoldering gaze and moonlit kisses. Alec, the Earl of Iversley -- and one of three bastard sons of the Prince of Wales -- is secretly searching for an heiress bride to pay his debts. Fiery Katherine seems the answer to his prayers, and her passionate response to his practiced seduction soon assures him that she is his. But Alec knows Katherine is looking for a love-match, and he wonders...what will happen when she discovers his deception?

I like Sabrina Jeffries usually, but I didn't like the lying and deceiving all the way through by the hero mostly, but some of it also by the heroine. It just kept me from being invested in the couple from the beginning and by the time the truth came out, there wasn't any time for me to like them as...
Readable regency romance series where three sons of the Prince Regent go looking for love and progress in society. Fun romps.
Not my favorite Sabrina Jeffries. Alex and Katherine are likable enough on their own. The deception just went on too long for my taste.
3 1/2 stars. It was entertaining, and a good premise, but I hate the whole keeping secrets thing and there was a lot of that in this book. I would have skipped this one and just read the 2nd book To Pleasure a Prince as that I the one I am most intrigued by, but I just hate reading out of order.
Lovely story about two people in somewhat desperate straits who are both hiding things but fall in love despite themselves. Iversley is an absolute charmer and Katherine is delightful. Sabrina Jeffries really knows how to write a love scene ;-)
