Someone please tell me why this isn't serialized or at least a full length novel because the fact that it's a mere 85 pages is the only disappointing part! You have Kyle who's been damaged physically, sent on a mission to capture an alien in the hopes that his reward will get him a better life. He ...
So here's the links to my friend who ran the giveaway: Hopelessly Devoted Bibliophile She is amazing. I think most of you follow her, but she is upbeat, generous, and incredibly talented. If you don't follow her, this link is worth a check out. I had a horribly craptastic week last week, ...
Impressive sci-fi adventure with romantic undertones. Told from Kyle's POV, the author did a great job conveying the different emotions he was experiencing throughout the story. Whether it was the phantom pain after losing his legs, the question about who he could trust, or the experience of space t...
Thank you, Lena, for suggesting this, because it's exactly what I was looking for. A good Gay SciFi Military/Adventure.Many people have said this, and I will reiterate: a book is made on the strength of its characters. And Kyle Juenger is a strong, strong character. Suffering builds depth, and more ...

Very enjoyable read. It was my bribe purchase and well worth it. The world-building was fascinating as was the slow developing seduction throughout the book. I would love for Voinov to write more in this particular world.
This could have benefited from about 150 pages of characterization and world building. The concepts that were introduced were interesting, but that's all they were - introductions. I barely had time to get used to the characters before the story ended.
Since the name Aleksandr Voinov popped up reguarly (as in all the time) in my feed, I stalk...checked his Goodreads author profile where I stumled over this little gem. What first caught my attention was the cover. With its blue hightech-thingy background and the DNA strand it is pretty frakking awe...
Mr Voinov wrote it, and I loved it...I am always in awe of Aleksandr Voinov's writing... as a writer he is... Ohhh. So. Very. Clever. He has the ability to tempt us... a slow seduction of words alone, and Incurrsion, even though it is not in his "dark" category, which I love, It is still evidence of...
