I don't really know what to say about this one. It had all the usual Sanderson benchmarks - the religion, the epic quest, the I-have-only-one-purpose main character trying to free his people from slavery and oppression, the girl who is awesome... It had all this, but I just couldn't really get into ...

maybe because i was getting back into fantasy after a long time, i loved this book. character building , action packed fights and an amazing story all within a hundred pages.Definitely to go for !!

Warning this is is Science Fiction cleverly disguised as Fantasy. The story was okay but I really couldn't connect to the characters...in the end if they all died I really wouldn't care much.
