Mmmm. Mighty good plague history. I like that the authors covered the social impact of the disease, as well as the medical research, and the technological innovations. Very well done. An excellent "biography" of the dreaded disease told from the perspectives of both science and social history. Not as gripping a narrative as An American Plague but still quite fascinating.
