If we are all made in God's image, does that mean God is gender fluid.....
Pros- I liked the story. I liked the MC's. It was believable and felt real. Cons (Not really)- The blurb makes it seem way more angsty than it is. Which isn't a problem. There was angst but it was real and wasn't ignored because of internal monologue blah blah blah. Which is funny, add to pro columm...

3 stars. Nice enough story, even though it stalled a few times. I did enjoy reading it, but I am afraid, it's nothing remarkable. There are few books on my shelves just like that, four stars and nice comments on progress, but I have no recollection of the events and characters - they are blending in...

I enjoyed this a lot. Both Caleb and Logan were likable characters and they each had issues that made them more relatable and real. Their issues were a part of their characters and therefor had the appropriate amount of face-time but weren't overpowering to the story. I felt like both the alcohol...

This was a fascinating story. I loved how it had two characters with such severe issues. Logan is just recently out of prison, a recovering alcoholic, and working at a warehouse. He struggles daily with his desire to pick up a bottle and start drinking. I loved that he felt so much guilt over how he...

It was a very compelling story, the way both MCs were struggling with their problems was written in a very gripping way. Nevertheless, over the time it somehow lost it's steam. What will stay with me is the striking way of bringing across the layers of alcoholism - on the surface functioning rather ...

I thought I'd be giving this more stars, but it just never pulled together enough to get past the 'it was ok' hurdle. It was okay. There were parts of it that were entertaining and offbeat, and I liked when those parts suddenly flashed into view: the kids in the movie theatre, the funny little conve...
