Took a while to get through this, but what an ultra complete record of The Empire Strikes Back. Stunning visuals and interesting anecdotes abound!
To call this a complete story of Star Wars would be an understatement. Great visuals, good text, and the book is heavy as a brick. Love the behind-the-scenes shots and stories. The ILM pieces would make a book of their own, but they fit in well enough here.
If I were a bigger fan of Star Wars, I would buy this and read it in bits and pieces over time, but as it is, since the library didn't let me keep it for very long, I skimmed it in a weekend.
