A beautiful book about the power of imagination. I love that there is a unicorn on almost every page, and the racial diversity in the children pictured.

What do cats dream about? A sumptuously illustrated fantasy.
When I was 7 or 8 I would have loved the delicate, detailed paintings of dragons, even though there is no story (despite the titular "tell me") and the prose isn't great. I still think the illustrations are quite lovely, but I am disappointed the book didn't live up to its potential.
