Jim Robinson is an author of eight books in the human resource and learning arena. With his wife, Dana Robinson who founded Partners in Change, he has consulted with numerous organizations throughout the world. Jim was a successful line manager in retail for ten years, when his organization promoted him to his level of incompetency; he was named the first training director of the organization. So a career change and more college! In the thirty years since Jim has consulted with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He has been recognized for his expertise in behavior modeling and performance consulting. He is currently enjoying retirement with Dana in Raleigh, NC.
